What we collect
We store your account email, parent and athlete names, athlete age, phone, emergency contact and optional child photo, gym and training goals. We store chat messages and, if you enable notifications, a device registration token.
How we use it
Your information is used only to run the app: signing you in, showing your name next to your chat messages, and showing the member list and member count. We never sell your information.
Who can see it
Signed-in members see membership numbers, parent and athlete names and community messages. Contact details, athlete ages, photos and training goals are private to your family and Coach Bryce. These details are not public.
Outside services
Bookings and payments open outside services (iClassPro, Square, Venmo, Zelle, SignNow) that have their own privacy policies. Videos are played from Vimeo. Opt-in phone notifications are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging. You can turn them off on the Updates page.
Children
Athletes under 13 should use the app with a parent or guardian, and a parent should create the account.
Deleting your account
Signed-in members can permanently delete their account, family details, child photos, saved progress, device registration and chat messages anytime from the My account page (linked at the bottom of the home screen), or email thetumblewhisper@gmail.com.
